It is 10:57 here in Bali and I am sitting here excited about visiting with each one of you. Just using a few more of my oils. And I chose some blends today that,  just to keep me on track, and I felt Valor would be a really good one to start with to be grounded.

Gratitude. Gratitude for the beautiful brand new day. Gratitude, gratitude. Gratitude that I’m here. Gratitude that you are here. If you’ve chosen to be here. Highest Potential, always my goal, if you will, to be. My desire to reach my highest potential in every present moment.

Today I’m instead of a bowl, I’m bringing in the wind chimes of the four elements, and we’re going to start.

This is the earth element because it is so important for each of us to be grounded, connected to the planet upon which we live.

We will bring in the fiery warmth of the sun. Feeling these working together.

We can introduce in the air, the gentle breeze.

I shall put aside my wind chimes and I see that the clock has turned over on the phone. The numbers have turned over to 11:00. So welcome, welcome. Happy, happy “whatever” day, night, time it is that you’re here. I am excited because I’m always excited to be here. I used to dread Facebook LIVE and then now because of the frequencies that I feel around me when all of you join me, I am even more excited about sharing.

So take a deep breath. And I have titled the day, “Inside-out Refresh.”

Now. This is the fun part! I get to share this! In January, some of you joined us for our Rainbow Healing System Reset, which was all about a 30 day program and a challenge to challenge you to develop your own Mindful Alignment Practice.

And that’s what this is all about. Many people who, who were not able to join us in the January 30 day challenge asked about having another one, and some who joined the challenge have also asked us about having another one. So.

Upon thinking about it, it was going to be a reset and then I got to thinking about this, this is me. I’m sorry. I forgot to turn the sound off on my notifications and when notifications come in, they make a sound. So back to this.

Reset. Think about this. You know, I love thinking about the different meanings of words, and they may not transfer over to a different language in case English is not your first language. However. Reset. When we reset our phones or reset our computer, what are we doing?

We’re going back to the beginning and then putting in what we choose to have.

Now what it what happens when we refresh a page? Well refreshing starts, it just merely gets rid of the things that aren’t helpful that are already there.

You see the difference? So we’re going to push our refresh button this time, and this is going to be a fun period for those of you who choose to do it. We’ve set the dates. You can mark the dates down. It’s going to begin on May the 8th, which is the brand New Moon.

And it will continue through till June the 8th, which is really 31 days. You can end yours early if you’d like, but June the 8th is another New Moon. So we’re going through a whole cycle as we go through ups and downs, letting go, creating.

This is a creative time that we’re in right now, and sometimes the creative times are really exciting and happy and gentle. And other times, we’re still getting rid of stuff that doesn’t need to be there. Would you agree with me? So, we’ve decided to do this “inside out.”

Because I read a quote. Or I don’t know whether I read something, or whether I thought about this when I awakened one morning this week, and whether I just it just came in overnight. I’m not sure where it came from, but I love this visual.

When you’re inner you and your outer you join hands, you become the only you.

Now, this is exactly what we’re going to be doing in the “Inside Out Refresh.” We’re going to be nurturing and supporting the inner you and the outer you at the same time. So we’re adding in Ningxia Red.

Now, some of you have done a Ningxia Red Reset, a 15 day reset. How many of you have done that? And did you feel the shift physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually as you did this, as you focused on it?

It’s going to be 30 days. The Ningxia Red 15 Day Reset is what it says – 15 days. You can choose to do it part of the time. You can choose to just keep doing it forever! When I did my first Ningxia Red Reset in 2007, so now it has been, wow, almost 20 years, been 17 years ago.

There were so many positive shifts in my entire physical being and emotional being that I have never stopped it. So, I would encourage you to also consider the fact that you may choose to do that. But at any rate, the 15 days if you only are choosing to use it.

A few minutes in the morning and a few minutes at night before you go to bed every day, as you establish your own Mindful Alignment Practice.

We’re giving you a basic structure with new activities every day. And it will be important for you to make notes on what happens each day, what you’re doing, what oils you are using. Just a short couple of sentences about what the activity of the day meant for you.

And so, it’s up to you whether you choose to join us. So. Oh my goodness, I look at the clock and it’s at 11:11. That happens so often, as many of you may know, 11 seems to be the number that has just surrounded my life in the last many number of years and every time I turn around there’s another eleven that is right there.

And I love this. Actually, I’ve gotten to where I’m really excited about it. I didn’t even realize that the date that Fuller Life Bali opened in 2016 was March, guess what? The 11th! Yes.  That was it.

So. Let me take a deep breath and start about what I actually thought I might be talking about today. And I will make that.

We will get through a lot of these things there. There are so many things to cover in the refresh, in the Inside Out Refresh. You know, we will talk much, much more detail about the the um, sorry, sorry, sorry, about the archetypes about the kinesiology. About a lot of things that have come up. Because when people send me questions, it reminds me of what perhaps I need to bring in more clarity on.

And that brings me to the cards that I selected this morning for this particular for this video. I selected Air. Now, how do I select mine? I select my cards by my kinesiology, by muscle testing. And I selected Air, which is all about flow and the gentleness, and it’s about awareness.  Being in the present moment, allowing things to flow through.

And then the other card that I selected is Boundaries.  Now.  Remember, I created this deck of cards, starting back in 1998.

And it was an ongoing process until the first deck of cards were printed on in 2011. Guess when they were printed? On 11/11/11 at 11:00 AM. And probably if I had really looked when the first ones rolled off the printing press, it would have been 11:11 AM on the 11th of November 2011. So at any rate, I never noticed. I never noticed that Air, that the Boundaries card, the hologram – combination – is the Air element, plus Authenticity.

Wow! That gives me a whole new way of thinking about Boundaries. Now, over the last year, many of you know that instead of talking about Boundaries in my, in my Sacred Space creation every day, I’ve talked about filters.

This actually gives me that that mental image of the Air. The filters. It’s filtering these frequencies coming in and out of what I call the Sacred Space. And I’m now kind of visualizing it like a cocoon.

Some of you may love that visual of a cocoon. And that’s going to be kind of important to us to think of this. What we’re doing is we’re creating a little safe place around us where we can find harmony and balance, without all of the disharmony that may be bombarding us from outside things.

And the things that we will be doing in our refresh, in our “Inside Out Refresh” are little, little ways that we can do this, by adding certain habits.

So, I am very, very excited about all of this and I encourage you to, you know, really sit down and evaluate whether you choose to be part of our process. Our process of practicing daily. Whether you just choose to kind of touch the surface. And it’s OK, there is no judgement.

Everything we do in this entire lifetime is a choice.

It is our choice. No one else’ s choice. What we choose to do with each moment is our choice. We cannot control. Hmmm…there is that word. We cannot control what others do. We cannot control the circumstances. We are, however, totally in control of the way we respond to the circumstances and the outer event. So as you go through this this week, I challenge you to really sit down and think about, how you would like to spend the week?
