And good morning and happy, happy Sunday, or whenever you are watching this. I am excited to be here and I have all sorts of things to talk about. As some of you know, I often I draw cards, some of the Rainbow Healing Cards to give me an inspiration or a direction, a focus for each session each week. And this morning I drew,

I selected the same card. I seem to be getting it over and over and over again. And I do post, every single week, Monday through Friday, every morning I post whatever cards that I happen to draw and comments about how they might.

Questions you might ask yourself, as to how they might be helpful, thinking about those frequencies of those colors or whatever. So today the two cards that I drew the Creation, which I keep drawing, and along with it the Shaman card.

So, in talking about them, I was wondering what else can I say about Creation? Well, I then was walking through the garden, yesterday after lunch, and I saw.

Another crop of sunflowers is already beginning to bloom. I was going up towards the cows and all of a sudden I saw them, so I did something I don’t always love to do. I asked our Farm Manager, Kadek, if he would cut this particular one for me so I could share it with you. And I have it here today to show you and that’s what inspired me. This is the beautiful sunflower.

And I would have, I will hold it next to my face so that you see how large it really, really is.

And as I was thinking about the sunflower, and meditating, it – sunflowers are always smiling. They always seem to bring great joy, and I remember, I was reminded of the fact. A few years ago I did another video about some sunflowers because I learned that they are generators, generators of energy.

Sunflowers take in the frequencies of the sun. Now, this is really unique to sunflowers. Sunflowers face the east at night. The blooms always face the east.

And as so, they can catch the first rays of the sun, and as the day progresses, they follow the rays of the sun and as it moves to the West.

They turn and soak it in.

Because they choose to have every bit of that beautiful energy.

And the sun is energizing. It is a requirement for us as human beings, we cannot exist without the sun. First of all, we would freeze to death. We would have nothing to eat. We would have, we would have no vitamin D which builds our bones and healthy blood.

We truly cannot exist without the rays of the sun, and these sunflowers capture those frequencies, and then they radiate them outward. Just as each one of us has the opportunity to do.

And that is the aspect to Creation. We each are creators. We each can generate. We can exude outward, allow our essence to go outward.

They are smiling because they are filled with positivity, positive energies.

And, the Shaman Card going along with that one. This was what. I get it with different archetypes from you know from day-to-day. And I kind of love thinking about why did I select this to go with Creation?

Because the Shaman card is all about that, that wild magic child who just likes to have fun, who truly, truly just wants to connect with that inner child. And that’s what made me start really thinking. Now, just for the record, we do have, Gary gave us that beautiful Inner Child blend. Maybe that can trigger something for you. That energy of fun.

How many of us go through life, through our days, just “Oh, I have more responsibilities and more responsibilities, and I have to do this and I have to do that.” And totally ignore even the thought, or maybe that fun is not really what we are here to do.

I had that feeling for most of my life. That fun was really not an integral part of what humans are here for. Yet fun is what brings us that positive energy, that passion, that energy that can be radiated.

Radiated outward. And I got to thinking, you know, the sunflowers are always smiling.

Are you always smiling? Well, many people tell me I always am smiling, and I had to stop and think. Because much of my life, my smile was because it was expected. I was merely going through the motions.

And when we are doing that, what we radiate outward is so genuine, and it is just everyone feels it, just like we feel that positivity from the sunflowers.

That positivity radiates outward from us. So, as you are creating your dream., think of that fiery energy.

That, that fiery energy of the sun coming into every portion of your being and circulating, allowing you to radiate outward. That joy, that pure passion, that childlike energy that so most of us have lost by the time we become adults. Many of us have lost it by the time we become ten, become ten years old because we are taken down by responsibility.

We’re thinking, we’re – we’re thinking about our problems. We’re thinking about what our responsibilities rather than just drawing in these beautiful frequencies that are always around us, allowing us to really regenerate every portion of our being, and to be truly excited. We’re in a time where there’s so many chaotic energies around.

And it’s kind of difficult to harness some of those, those energies, and we’re, we’re holding things at bay. Well.

If we are focusing on that abundance. This is also a time of abundance. I have a bottle of Abundance sitting here too, and think about what abundance means to you. Now, Gary told us, if you’re going to use this blend, be sure that you’re having positive thoughts as you are applying this oil because you will receive an abundance of whatever frequencies you are running. So, if you’re thinking fear, if you’re thinking doubt, if you’re thinking responsibility,
