Lots of extraneous thoughts coming in as I begin today.  So, I’m going to start by bringing in some harmonizing frequencies, ringing the Tibetan Bowl in two different ways, and ringing the Manku bell.

So. Just breathe in whatever essential oils you have chosen to use this morning or have with you. Breathe them in, hold the bottles, and just intend that those frequencies bring harmony and balance to every portion of your being.

And I see the bewitching hour of 11 is just about here. I’m a left-handed person, and I was attempting to ring the bell with my right hand.

So, it’s a little more difficult for me at times, so that’s why it wasn’t ringing as clear as it may have done if I had done it with my left hand.

I hope you’ve had a fun week.  Yesterday, I did something that I reverted back to my childhood.

I was always taught never to deface, to harm, a book in any way, and I had asked my some of my staff members to color the mandalas of our Colours colouring Book. This one.  Just to see different ones, and some of them completed all of them.

Some completed parts of them.

And I had three that I had in front of me, and I don’t know who actually colored them, but I actually destroyed their artwork, because I wanted to be able to pull them out and look at them and arrange them and put them in a group and take photos.

So today, yesterday, I got out my little cutter and was cutting up the book and getting these beautiful creations for me to be able to look at, and I felt like a child, only, the funny thing is, I had no guilt, which is more like a child.

Would you agree?  So at any rate, what I am talking about today, what we are chatting about, is untangling the energetic web.

Each one of us has an energetic web and we are energy.

We’re not solid.

00:04:39

There’s nothing on this planet that is really solid.

It’s just, some energies are moving faster than others.  Those that are moving the slowest are the ones that we think of as solid.

Things that we can hold: our phones, our computers, our pencil.

So, it’s all about the frequencies that are in our energy being, the being that we are.

So, it seemed very appropriate to me.

First of all, I drew the card, Structure.

Now, the Structure card is anchored by the Lavender essential oil.

It’s the colour of the lavender.

00:05:31

Hence, I’m dressed in purple.

Today I have on all of my purple, my amethyst, and I have on my ring with amethyst in the little butterflies.

So, it’s all about that bringing the colour in, because colours have frequency.

You may not like colour.

00:05:53

You may not be drawn to it.

It brings me into a place of joy and happiness.

And whether we are aware, or whether we choose to focus on different things, we see, we hear, we speak, we taste, we have all sorts of ways, all of our senses of understanding, of feeling the things that are around us, the energies.

The fact is, that most of us are unaware of many of the energies that affect us.

We think of them, oh well, I’ll stay away from them.

Well, there’s no way of staying away.

So, it’s all about paying attention.

And last week I talked about a lot, well before I go into last week, I’m going to continue on the colour thing.

If you don’t like colours, you don’t have to think about it.

I love to surround myself with the colours that I love, that I just really enjoy, and sometimes it’s important to surround myself with colours that make me uncomfortable, because they are required in order to bring everything to harmony.  Am I making sense?

Now, when we are feeling out of sorts.

I mentioned last week, and it was a kind of a different way of me thinking about all of the things that are going on in our energetic being all the time, that it’s not a question of good or bad, higher or lower.

It’s more a question of what is in harmony with you and your frequency at any given moment.

What is going to bring about harmony?

Not just that it feels good necessarily, because if there is a challenge, if we’re having unrest, fear, ooh, any of the things, pain, illness, disease, then there is an imbalance.

And how can we possibly get out of it without making a change?

So, I have all of the oils I mentioned last week, that I was probably, we might be talking about.  The Feelings Collection. I have all of those blends sitting in front of me, and we’ll just talk a little bit about them.

Well, first I have applied, multiple times today, the Valor blend.

Because when we’re talking about change, whether it’s change from where we are into something that’s more exciting, more pleasant, more, brings more joy into our lives, or whether we’re talking about some other kind of change, change scares us. Most of us.

It ignites that fear within us.

So that’s the first thing! To make certain that we are paying attention and are strong.

We have the courage to move forward and make those changes.

The next thing, and I just put the oils, the blends in this order today and whatever order you choose for your, to apply the oils of the Feelings Collection, they will make a positive difference. And I use them in different order a lot of times.

Gary never used things in the same order.

He always chose to do things according to how he felt in that moment, because he was paying attention to that moment and to what, if he was working on someone, what that individual required in that moment?

So, the first thing is, the first blend, Forgiveness.

That is the blend that happens to be.

Geranium anchors this frequency and it’s a big part of the Forgiveness blend, by the way, that first glyph, clearing blocks.  If there is disharmony, there are blocks.  So that’s got to be that first step.

OK? Now, here we are to the one we’re really talking about today.

That is the Structure.

And that is, I told you that I lined up these oils, Inner Child.

My inner child was playing when I was cutting up those books.  And I want to show you, that this is the card. This was the way that I visualised the Structure glyph, the frequency of the Structure, when, way back starting in 1998.

And it is the energy flow, it is the unique energy flow, that each one of us has.  No two of us are the same.

So as I looked through these coloring books that the staff had done, and I want to share something, that’s why I wanted them out of the books, because at different times, we will color them differently.

Now this is the way that one of them saw the mandala, the Structure.  As you see here, and you see many of them right here, with lots of, it looks like that orangey colour of the fire, the golden orange of fire and that can be a very important part of the energy flow.

Here is the colouring that I call a masterpiece of one of the other members of the staff, who saw much, felt much cooler, more gentle frequencies.  And this, this was kind of in between the two.  All three of them are beautiful.

And I look at them and I think how much looking, just looking at them, brings me into a better balance. So, it’s all about creating that balance within ourselves.  And we cannot do it unless we are running, or we have, our unique energy signature.  And, as you see, these are all very unique ways of expressing it.

And our energy never stays the same.

I have not completed.

I have not fully completed, all of the 11 mandalas in the Colours book in any one book, but I’ve completed each one of them in different books because I happened to have them with me.  And that is something I would have judged myself for, for many years.

However, I now look at it as, I can come back and finish it in a different way according to the frequencies that are running through me at any given moment.

So, it’s all about paying attention.

Releasing that requirement to do things the way that we used to do them.

Present Time is the last one that I have on the list today of the of these six, but I’m going to talk more about Present Time in a moment. So.

How do we, how do we make sure that we are really having our own energy signature at all times?

Everything we do, everywhere we go, everything we interact with, even if we are not physically nearby.  Interacting through our phones, through our computers, on the…in any way… we are interacting with everything else that is out there.

So, the important thing is for us to remind ourselves that we are constantly changing and our awareness.

This is my word of the week, if you will.

Last week the word of the week was Flexibility or Flexible.

Today this week my word of the week is Awareness.

Awareness of what is happening in this moment.

Remember, there are no good and bad energies, and I talked a little bit last week about how that the I you know, we talked about high frequencies and low frequencies.

And we always think in terms, and I have always felt that too, and talked about it, that the higher the better.  But high may not be the exact frequency that you require at any moment.

That, what we require, the frequency we require, is whatever is going to bring harmony within our energy being at that moment.

That’s why some of the oils have, they all have different frequencies, and that’s why some of them are much more beneficial at certain times than at others.

Have you noticed that?

Because they happen to have the frequency that would bring about the better harmony in our field at that moment.  The only way we’re going to really know what frequencies, or, or do something about it so to speak, is to pay attention.  And I’ve called it Checking In.

Now I, today, I think I’m just calling it Awareness.

Our awareness.  And there’s some of the things, you know, I immediately when I think of awareness, I think of the brain. You know, “Oh, we’ve got to put this in our memory. We got to get it right in our memory.”

And that’s my previous programming.

So when I’ve talked about our steps of checking in, and last week I actually I think I spoke about five of them.  On my list, there are now 11 or 12.

However, I’m going to interject one in here again this week, but the biggest thing the first thing, and these are kind of awareness that we can, we are kind of up here in our head when we’re thinking, is:

“Am I connected with the Source? The Creator?”

Whatever your concept is of that which created your reality.

“Am I connected?”

00:17:43

If you are connected, see we do this.

I do this by testing, my kinesiology, and if there’s a reason for it, I’ll be happy to go over that again.

I kind of skim through it many times, and I’ve done videos on that.

But am I connected?

If we’re not connected, there’s no point in going further, because anything that we think about, or choose, or make any decision, is going to be tainted by the fact that we’re not actually connected with the Source.

You may or may not agree, and you don’t have to.

And so, the next step is to create that Sacred Space.

I show it so many times, my vision, my visual for the Sacred Space.

I’m a visual person, so I love to have little things around me all the time that are reminders.  There’s so many times, subconscious reminders, sometimes they are conscious reminders.

Do you ever notice how when you have things around you in your house, particularly many things you don’t notice, they’re there but you do not notice them?

Well, it’s the same with energies that we’re taking on, or giving out, at all times.

Many times, we just aren’t paying attention.  Awareness!

So, creating our Sacred Space, making sure that our boundaries are intact.

The next one that I’m going to stick in there that I didn’t mention last week – see, we just kind of build on things – is the Fire.

Is my Fire, my Life Force, moving through every portion of my being?  If our Fire is diminished in any way, it’s going to create more blocks.

So my visual about that Fire is to send my grounding cords all the way down into the very core of earth, from the base of the spine, from the bottoms of each foot, and just draw that fiery energy up, intending that it could come up all the way through the core of the being, up and out the top of the head, just moving, moving that energy at the very core of your being.

And then bringing it up through the bottoms of the feet, up the legs to the hips, all the way up to the shoulders, and down the arms and out the hands so that you are a fiery Being that will allow the energies to burn off that are not in harmony with who you are.

Who you were created to be.

Who we are and who we were created to be may be very, very, VERY different.

And, as we are growing actively refining ourselves, Grow Actively Refining Yourself, G.A.R.Y.

Every single day, as we do this, we are becoming more and more of who we were created to be. Uncovering lots and lots of new exciting things.

So, as we are doing this, then the last three things on my list of my seven today. We have the connection.  “Am I connected?”

“Is my sacred space intact?”

“Are my boundaries secure?”

“Is my fire burning brightly?”

The last three.

And these are the ones that will help us to get from here, into here.

This is where we’re going to move forward.

We’re not going to move forward from our brains, in spite of the fact that our brain will tell you differently.  Our brain will say I am in charge, but let me tell you, my belief is, we got to connect with the Source.

We’ve got to be in our heart.

So, am I clear?

That’s a different way of thinking of it, isn’t it?

We’ve gone through all these, these other four steps.

So why do we have to do this again?

Because, in doing this, we may have unearthed some more blocks.  If we have, then geranium and that first glyph – and this was one of the, one of the pieces of art, one of the mandalas that one of the staff did – is clearing out those blocks.

We won’t go any farther if we’re not clear.  And the next thing.

“Am I in Present Moment?”  Am I in the present?

Am I thinking about what happened yesterday?

Am I thinking about what I have to do tomorrow?

Am I present, right now?

That’s where Present Time comes in here.

OK? I’ll take another whiff of that.

Intend to remain in the present time.

And then this last one.

The seventh one today.

“Am I listening to my guidance?”

Oh, that’s a difficult one.

We may intend to be connected with the Source.

We may intend all of these other wonderful things, that we be in harmony, that we do this, do something else.

But am I truly, truly listening to my guidance?

So. As you go through this week, and I’ve talked longer than I meant to talk, probably very repetitious, but as you go through this week, think about this one word, this Awareness.

Make that your Word of the Week. And focus on being in the heart, being present, on listening to your guidance through your heart.

Not filtering it up here through the brain.  The brain’s going to tell you what it’s programmed to do.

Your heart will lead you where you need to go, to move forward.
