Your Almond Snack Upgrade!
Do you soak and roast your almonds?

Soaking and roasting almonds can improve their flavour and texture. Soaking helps to remove the bitter skins, making the almonds more palatable, and roasting enhances their nutty flavour and gives them a crunchy texture. Additionally, soaking almonds can help make some of their nutrients, such as vitamin B and minerals, more bioavailable to the body.
You can choose to soak them overnight in water (may add salt) and bake them (place on a baking sheet) on 300 degrees for 20 minutes.
Optional: You may toss with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt prior to roasting if you want saltier almonds.
Are you an almond roaster or are you going to give it a try? It’s so worth it!
