Ingredients(2 people)

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 6 drops Dill Vitality essential oil or 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
  • 2 drops of Lemon Vitality essential oil or ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender, bowl, or zip-top bag.
  • Mix thoroughly.
  • Refrigerate for 3 hours.

DIRECTIONS

Dilute 1 drop with 1 drop of carrier oil. Put in a capsule and take up to 3 times daily.

SUGGESTED USES
  • Dilute with a carrier oil in a vegetbale capsule and take as a dietary supplement
  • Combine Dill Vitality essential oil with olive oil to use as a marinade for fish and veggies
