Pay attention and ask yourself, whether improvement, whether the things that you think would bring new life into your days, require adding something or eliminating something.

So as you are reflecting, take lots of deep breaths after you first exhale. See if it does something different for you to focus on exhaling first and then inhaling filling your lungs with all of the air that is possible to fill them with and then holding it.🌱🦋
