VALOR is a wonderful blend for BALANCING the body physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
It is also very grounding – a great oil to apply last thing before bed and first thing in the morning. I keep a bottle on my bedside table and use it that way. I apply it to the bottoms of my feet and then hold my feet, visualizing the essential oils working their way through every cell and every molecule of my physical body and throughout my entire being.
This blend balances energies and instills courage, confidence, and self-esteem. It helps the body self-correct its balance and alignment.
Many have also found that it assists them in getting better sleep – releasing the tensions of the day.
Common questions I receive:
Will I get addicted and dependent on Valor?
NO, your body will not become dependent upon Valor. Essential oils work to bring the body to balance. If you body needs what is in the oil which is introduced, then it takes what it needs and eliminates the rest.
Can it be used before bed-time?
VALOR blend can be used at any time of the day. Using it before bedtime may result in your having more restful sleep. Many people reach for the little bottle of Valor when they are particularly stressed and need a good sleep.
Can it be used before high-impact work-out?
Essential oils are great to use before high-impact workouts as they assist in oxygenating the cells of the body. You may find that your stamina and even muscle strength is increased.
What maximum number of drops allowed per day?
When first beginning to use essential oils, we sometimes thing “more is better”. The reality is that one drop of a pure therapeutic-grade essential oil goes a long way! There is not “limit” to the number of drops, but I always like to begin with only a few drops – total – at a time. When we experience the essential oils in the Everyday Oils Collection and the Raindrop Collection, I use one drop of each oil so no one gets too “high on oils”!
Valor blend has a vegetable carrier oil (fractionated coconut oil), so it is already diluted a bit. Therefore, you may find that you enjoy using 2-3 drops of the blend. Generally, you can reapply a number of times throughout the day as needed or desired.
From the Essential Oils Desk Reference, 4th Edition:
– Diffuse, directly inhale, or add 2-4 drops to bath water.
– Apply 4-6 drops neat (undiluted) to wrists, chest, and base of neck, bottoms of feet, or along spine “raindrop style”.
– When using a series of oils, apply Valor first, and wait 5-10 minutes before applying other oils.
– Dilute 1:15 with vegetable oil for full body massage.
