HOW DO WE BALANCE THE PH OF THE BODY?

- ELIMINATE the “Three Poisons” – SUGAR CAFFEINE, DAIRY PRODUCTS (This includes sodas, cheese, milk, biscuits, etc.)
- NINGXIA RED: 120-180ml (4-6 ounces) every day, divided into 2-3 servings.
- OCOTEA: 2 drops applied topically sublingually 3-4 times daily
