When we choose to make a major change in our life experience, it is important to make a commitment for minimum 90 – 120 days.

These areas are important ones for focus:

  • CLEANSE 
  • BUILD 
  • SUPPORT 
  • BALANCE 

It is important to rid the body of toxins so the organs can begin to work more efficiently.  We then must provide the nutrients to rebuild healthy cells and organs.  This rebuilding requires more effort than maintaining a body that is already healthy.  Once we achieve the first three parts, it is important to achieve balance in all areas – physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.

CLEANSE 

  • HYDRATE the body with minimum 2 litres of water daily 
  • LEMON VITALITY essential oil:  3 drops/glass of water (24 drops daily)  
  • ALKALIZE:  ELIMINATE SUGAR, CAFFEINE, and DAIRY PRODUCTS 
  • STRESS AWAY:  apply topically and inhale multiple times daily  (Note:  This may reduce sugar cravings as well as relaxing the body.  Stress magnifies pain of all types – physical, emotional and mental.) 
  • JUVACLEANSE:  Begin after 2 weeks. Apply 2 drops over liver 3-4 times daily. If you choose, this blend is highly effective when applied under the tongue as it absorbs rapidly into the bloodstream.  
  • ALKALIME: 1 teaspoon (5ml) in water morning and evening 
  • SLIQUE TEA:  6 teabags/day for detox and 2 teabags/day for maintenance 

BASIC BUILDING BLOCKS 

  • NINGXIA RED:  180ml diluted in 180ml water and divided into 2-3 servings.  (Note:  Some prefer not to drink after dinner as it can be quite energizing.)  
  • MASTER FORMULA:  1 packet every morning 
  • MINERAL ESSENCE:  5 half-droppers in water each morning
