Some people turn to sleeping pills. They don’t realize that they actually increase your risk of death by 5 times.

Others turn to “safe and natural” solutions, such taking pills of sleep hormones.  While these “sleep hormones” may be safe short-term, are they any better?  Likely not – especially if they contain any synthetic ingredients.  They may actually send your liver into overdrive, bombarding your body with an unnatural amount of hormones all at once.
