I was asked what I do when I have a “foot spa” for a group as a special treat . . .  (I have done this as a prize in a drawing, and everyone loves it!)

You will need:

  • Pans or bowls large enough to soak feet
  • Essential oils of your choice
  • Mineral salt
  • V6 Vegetable Oil Complex or another YL massage oil

My “Foot Spa” is whatever I choose to do. You can begin with a foot bath using a large pan of warm water with any oil you select. There can be a salt scrub. (My favorite is only mineral salt + a few drops essential oil + about 1 teaspoon V6 for each cup salt. It is very granular so it exfoliates quite well, it does not leave the person in danger of slipping from oily feet.)

Next, I would dry the feet, and I might apply 1-2 essential oils using either the VitaFlex OR just using the knuckles on the bottoms of the feet as you will actually go over almost all of the acupressure points of the body. It feels WONDERFUL, and you don’t even have to know where the points are. Finish by holding the bottoms of the feet and INTEND that all the frequencies of the body be in Perfect Balance.

If desired, you can finish with one of the Young Living body lotions.

Everyone will go home with “Happy Feet”!
