“Is there gelatin inside the capsule or only in the capsule itself?”
The gelatin is ONLY in the capsule of INNER DEFENSE. There is no way that the essential oils in the blend could be retained in a vegetable capsule.
FYI, OMEGAGIZE is fish oil + CQ10 + Vitamin D3 + Citrus essential oils, and the capsules are made from fish oil rather than porcine or bovine materials.
