Did you know that for every 25kg (55 pounds) of weight, one should drink a MINIMUM of 1 liter (1 quart) of water?

BUT, did you also know that for every cup of COFFEE or any beverage that contains SUGAR, you must drink that many ml or oz of water ADDITIONAL?

Example:  I weigh about 50kg (about 110 lbs).  That means I need 2 liters of water daily at a MINIMUM.  If I decided to drink 2 cups of tea (500 ml), I would need to drink and ADDITIONAL 500ml water or 2 cups just to maintain the minimum amount necessary for basic bodily functions.

Why do you also need NingXia Red?
