This challenge is developmental work, and one must be committed to move forward with enthusiasm to complete it as it requires consistency and discipline.

THE NEW LIFE CHALLENGE IS AN INTERNAL JOURNEY WHICH MAY BE BEST KEPT PRIVATE AS YOU GO THROUGH IT.

🌟🌟🌟 The Grand Prize 🌟🌟🌟 
Winner of New Life Challenge will be selected to receive a 7-day trip to Bali (with return tickets) for two people including the complete Fuller Life Bali Experience.

Guidelines:
• Duration 11 March – 11 June (99 days)
You must complete 30 CONSECUTIVE DAYS of the Daily Process during the period. You may begin at any time and end this 30 days before 11 June. In this group, we will give updates and answer any questions.

• Before beginning your process, prepare the following:
– Journal
– Special pen
– 30 day Challenge Calendar (any of your favourites!)
– Your special essential oils and blends to use daily for this process
– Your “REFINEMENT LIST” (write in your Journal – see below)

💎 REFINEMENT LIST – “Making a Position” 💎

Draw a line down the middle of the page (Give yourself at least 11 minutes)
– Write the things that you like on one side
– The things that you dislike on the other

Next, write:
– The things that you will have in your life
– The things that you will NOT have

You may find that you add to or subtract from your list – “distill it” – as you go through your process. 

Once you complete the Refinement List – you are ready to begin the Daily Process… 

🔆 THE DAILY PROCESS 🌠

• Awakening Alignment Process (AAP) 
Spend minimum 11 minutes.
1. Review your Refinement List
2. Journey of the Glyphs with Rainbow Healing Cards (watch video demo by Frances here)
3. Focus CARD of the day (You may choose any cards or you can browse our Rainbow Healing store to receive your own card deck here)
4. Use your chosen essential oils 
5. Breathing or movement exercise (Try this one facilitated by Frances)
6. Write in your Journal

• Evening Resolution Process (ERP) 
Spend minimum 11 minutes.
1. Prepare for Sleep
2. Use your chosen essential oils
3. Write in your Journal
4. Mark day off the calender with an X
5. DREAM – SLEEP

✔️ Upon completion of your 30 consecutive days, write your story and send it to us. Include a short description of your life before and after the process, referring to your family, career, health, and fears.

✔️Please include your Refinement List.

✔️ Using your Journal, give a few significant details of your process, and an assessment of the results during your journey of New Life Challenge.

Your stories will be read.
