You may not think that you’ re constipated, but in reality, it is VERY likely that you ARE.  Many of us think that constipation is simply ” not being able to go” – or only eliminating once a week.  In reality, that is severe constipation. Gary Young has always said that we should be eliminating after every meal if our digestive system is truly healthy.
