HOW DO WE BALANCE THE PH OF THE BODY?

Maintaining the proper pH is a lifetime commitment.
However, the things listed below will get you started towards greater wellness and vitality.

  • ELIMINATE the “Three Poisons” – SUGAR CAFFEINE, DAIRY PRODUCTS  (This includes sodas, cheese, milk, biscuits, etc.) 
  • NINGXIA RED 120-180ml (4-6 ounces) every day, divided into 2-3 servings.
  • OCOTEA:  2 drops applied topically sublingually 3-4 times daily  
  • STRESS AWAY applied topically throughout the day as frequently as desired
  • LEMON (VITALITY):  Work up to 10-30 drops a day
  • ALKALIME:  1 teaspoon (5ml) in water 2-3 times daily.
    NOTE:  If one is on medications for cardiovascular issues or diabetes, Alkalime is NOT recommended)
  • OMEGAGIZE:  Begin with 2 capsules 3 times a day
