Cut carbs and fat . . . or not???
 
Your body requires carbs and fats. Without them, immune function is weakened. When the immune function is compromised, EVERYTHING is out of balance! The body works to keep you alive, and “non-essential functions” are shut down. (Your body may have a different idea about what is “non-essential” that what YOU have in mind.)
 
You are vulnerable to conditions like hormone imbalance, high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, degenerative diseases, and even cancer.
What are we to do?
 
For sure, all carbs and fats are NOT healthy. Happily, many ARE!
 
The big ones to AVOID are PROCESSED SUGAR and TRANS FATS.
 
Simply avoiding those two things can make a huge difference in your life.
